I have a 208 zo6 that I bought used. the car came from boston. it looked like someone dragged something across it a lot.the car was scratched pretty bad. brought it to real auto dynamics in oceaside to get dynoed. they saw the scratches and sent it to north star auto body in Oceanside. the car came back in 3 three days perfect. not a mark on it.if anyone needs this service I would look them up.

Getting rid of shallow and mild scratches and scuffs isn't really that hard if one knows how to use a high speed buffer. But the key words here are "Knows how". You can do a lot of damage if you're not careful so you're best leaving it to a pro as you did if you have no experience with a buffer.

After years for fighting swirl marks I just bought a Chicago Pneumatic 6 " orbital polisher and several different foam pads
I figured I would practice on my BLACK expedition , Using Maguire's fine swirl remover which is rated a #4 cut I started on the front fender , WOW ... it was so easy I did the rest of the truck and then finished it off with Maguire's Carnauba Wax ...
