Default Trunk Partition**Final Cut

Since it had some interest and at the risk of being called a "Look At Me" guy I thought I would just show the corrected version of my endeavor.
Thanks for looking, and have faith, you can do it

That is cool. Seems like these partitions are getting better and better. Next one will probably have LED lighting on it.

I like how your carpet in the cargo area has lines on it from the vacuum. Sort of looks like the football field the way they cut the grass.

What was your total investment? I didnt even like parting with $120 for mine, which was essentially a hunk of plastic covered in carpet, but the benefits outweighed the cost. Does the targa top fit while it's installed? That was a big selling point for me.

Nice! Now if it was my car I'd look at a way to secure the cargo shade to it so it does not flop around in the wind.

Great job NSF! Who did the stitching for the emblem? That is the classiest looking partition I have seen and will really go nice with the tunnel curtains if you decide to do those too.

I cut the flap off years ago for that reason, you don't need it, the top fits flush with the partition.

Many thanks to those that complimented the addition, that means a lot coming from my peers
As far as selling them it would be prohibitive price wise, it was costly to have upholstered, plus the many colors that there are, and then the shipping cost would be outrageous also.
In all honesty if you really like it then do it yourself, so easy. Just buy a nice piece of 1X8 or 1X10, make a pattern that fits the wheel well, cut the board accordingly (measure 2ice, cut once lol, I screwed up the first board) and take it to you local car upholstery place, do it in any pattern you want, diamond, pleats, diagonal, horizontal etc. My guy used 1/4" foam sewn to the vinyl for the pattern I wanted, then wrapped it. He says it took way longer than he planned
I have the brand (maker) and color for it if you want it, it matches the ebony well.
Don't know if it will clear the top stored but I think it will after seeing LV2Tour (Pauls).
Again many thanks,
NSF
PS this is all you need, and if you can upholster it your in biz
