Default Power cutting help

I have a ls2 out of a 06 cts v with a vortec a&a supercharger kit. It's a drift car and the problem only seems to happen while drifting. While in 3rd gear with the war hammer down the power will cut to 3500/4000 rpms and jump back to full throttle on and off. I am never lifting the throttle. I a have a fuel cell with surge tank so I doubt it's fuel starving. It almost feels like it's going in and out of limp mode. Any ideas?

Not really enough information here to make an educated guess but that never stopped me before. Are you sure the issue isn't due to some traction control device? In my Vette, with all the nannies on, when I start sliding into/out of a turn, that's exactly what happens. As soon as the yaw sensor sees the slide, it shuts down the engine. When the car gets straight, it fires it back up.

I guess I could give a little more info lol. The cars a 350z with an 06 cts v ls2. Trick flow heads. Ati dampener. Texas speed blower cam. Tuned on e85. Using a blade style man off of a new vette instead of the off man that came with the cts v motor. It doesn't always cut out in the drifts but is becoming worse and worse it seems. It so times does it in the straights but seems like it hesitates more than cuts out. But in the drift with full pedal acceleration the power cuts out and on watching the rpms spike and drop. Car has been tuned on hp tuners. There is no traction control in the car. Not sure how the ecu could pick up drifting and cut power. The wiring and ecu has been redone and flashed by wiring specialties
