broken convertible assembly please help!!!

I recently purchased a 2007 corvette convertible, i knew that the top had problems and now after searching, i found the problem. The driver side rail where the bend is on the convertible top is broken where the rivets meet. My question is can i just order the parts from gm and repace it or does that have to be done by a dealer? Has anyone else replaced these parts? Any advise is better than no advise.

Thanks, im going to order the parts and attemp the repair myself. Ill post pictures here so that other people could either help or see how the fix goes.
