I was looking for wheel locks but not sure which ones fit. I see some of the gorilla locks have a collar around the outside.
Its a 05 base vette with OEM rims.
Thanks in advance for the replies you guys are great answering my questions.

I have an 07 that has the same wheels. GM uses Mcgard wheel locks . I had the gorilla on my old 95. I prefer Mcgard. They came standard on my Lexus. I hope this helps you
I have a set with key like the ones in the pic. I don't want them and if I can exchange for 4 regular lugs I would consider it. If you pay the postage send 4 stock lug nuts, I'll give you these?

Thanks for the offer, there cheap enough I'll just buy a set.
Thanks again
Totally fair deal by Blindspot. McGard is what I also use as pictured previously. Just don't every lose the master lug key. For example, when you have tire work done make sure they return the master lug key. Don't ask me how I know .
Totally agree with you, put those and the thieves use this ones.
Thanks for sharing. I guess those of us that use wheel locks believe that they are a deterrent and that your average crook does not have this device. Conversely, the other camp believes wheel locks do not deter and that every crook carries this item. Decisions, decisions....
I bring this up because in the past I had one of my car stolen from the drive way and the car had one of this steering wheel locks. Guess what, they cut one side of the steering wheel removed the locking device and left the piece of steering wheel and the locking device right there. What I'm saying is when they come to get it, they will take it.

They sell that devise in every auto parts store in the country. So don't think for a second that those locks can deter theft!

Point made, but I doubt that device works on a wheel lock with a spinning collar. Not debating that the professional "to order" thief can steal anything. Just trying to deter the spur of the moment thief.
Any wheel lock can be defeated. But doing so increases the amount of time, effort, and noise involved; three things that thieves want to avoid.
We've had the McGard locks (with an extra key) on our car since new, dealer gave them to us free. I may change to the 4 Gorilla nuts and the 1 oddball nut that spins.
