2007 C6 with Trans problem
I have a C6 with A6 Trans with Sport Mode paddle shifters, when I go from standard mode to sport mode and paddle shift within a short period of time the trans locks up in 1 gear, I think probably 4th and the paddle shifter won't work, nor does the standard mode work. I have to stop the car and when I restart the car it works again. Has anyone had this problem and have a fix? Need your help! Thanks!

Could be one of the trans internal switches but you're going to have to get the OBD II codes read. It's pointless conjecture without the codes. Most of the large auto parts stores, like Autozone, etc. will do it for no charge or you can go to a dealer and probably pay.
