I recently upgraded from my 2002 C5 automatic to this 2005 C6 6speed.

It has some modifications so it would make me think that the person may have been on the forum previously. It was owned in Texas by (Jeff) i believe but I'm not certain.

Its a 2005 Lemans blue with black wheels. 6 speed manual. Around 86K miles on it. LED tail lights. Carbon fiber interior parts. Upgraded leather seats that are tan and black. Kenwood navigation with backup camera.

Also, it seems to have the see through top since there is no headliner and its plastic on the inside - yet it looks like maybe it was painted black - do people do that sort of thing?

Was just wondering more about the history of the car as most of us do and hopefully didn't inherit any issues.

I've had success asking the dealer to give the previous owner my contact info. Beyond that...check the start up message in the DIC or the "home" location in the NAV...

nice looking car, love it with the black wheels, I have an 07 in the same color and going with black wheels when it is it time to replace the current set of tires.

Interesting. my 2005 Lemans Blue 6 sp was first registered in Florida, went to Texas, and came to me 2 1/2 months ago. Might be a common path.

May have found the previous owner! He sent me a PM stating it might be his. He left a phone number so I'm gonna call him when he is available this week.
