Looking at a car today at Chevy Dealer . Here are options:
. 2LT option
. Chrome Wheels
. NPP Exhaust
. Radio/6 CD Speakers
. 6 Spd manual
. Red exterior with tan interior.
Does not have HUD, memory seats or NAV.
1 owner with 38K miles trade on new Z07
Dealer has it as certified with 12 month warranty GM program
After dealer fees, tags and taxes(approx. $3K) it should be around $37K out door.
Using Edmunds as a guideline retail is suggested to be around $32.5K asking price. This does not give any value for the warranty package.
Looking at some private deals as well with similar mileage and same year range.
If the car is extremely clean does this seem to be a fair deal.
I got my 2011 GS ( equally optioned ) for 34,000 out the door, it really just depends on what the dealer has in it. All and all i think anywhere from 35,000-38,000 would be a good buy
Price seems about right BUT.... are you going to regret not getting one with HUD, Memory seats, Nav, etc? I would think if you continued your search you could find one for the same price with them. I paid $38 out the door for my 10 3lt along with 2 yr extended warranty and only 24k miles
I noticed that cars down in SouthEast FL sell for a bit more than some other areas.
Plan to go to the dealer today and put my eyes on it. Realize it is not a Killer deal and can always wait until another comes along.
Price is $34.1K plush taxes, docs, plate and dealer fee.
Wow a few of you guys scored on your purchase.
Regards,
Jim
I live in Florida and you can find some decent deals and you can negotiate
Car gurus is a decent site mostly dealers and a few private.there are corvette car dealers . One in stuart fl. Just shop around
Got mine a year ago, mid Illinois dealer, 17,000 miles with HUD, adj. seats aftermarket Akrapovic exhaust and was able to visit with previous owner so I've got history-NEVER RACED is a big thing to know about the history IMO Price was $38,300. Hope this helps
If this car doesn't have exactly what you want in a Corvette, you'll never be totally satisfied. Shop online until you find that perfect car, then travel and drive it home!

Dealer just called me before leaving the house. The car can not be certified since it is 2010 model.
This is one of the reasons I wanted to see the car. Told dealer that if they cannot knock off another $2K then I will pass.
As you guys noted. There are tons of these for sale and I can wait for right car/deal.
shop till you find what you want, you won t be happy i believe if you say after, i should have waited for a nav or memory seats or.. something.. for me Hud, is not a big deal, i have it and have it turned off all the time, but, i like the memory seats and the nav, that i upgraded and a few other feature. shop till you drop !!
i think it's to old to be certified and I know it's way to much money for a 38k 2010. I was looking at a 9700 mile 2010 GS manual 3LT a few months ago for the same money. Keep looking
