I have a 2007 LS2 that I need to remove the rail covers. What is the proper name for the tool to remove the fuel line that goes over the cover ? And where to get it ? Any info will be appreciated.

Its a fuel injection line fitting disconnect tool. Any auto parts store will have them they are availble in sets to cover various size lines. they just slide on the line in to the fitting and release the holding tabs. you may have to wilggle and jiggle the fittings a bit but its easy enough... PS Make sure there is no fuel pressure or your giong to slash it all over ! Dont do this on a hot engine.

Thank you for the info and the photo. It really helps. I just got in the mail my custom painted rail covers and I wanted to do things right before I ruined the fancy paint job.

As they mentioned fuel line disconnect tool. You need the 3/8 size.
For what it's worth I never got the all in one tool to work on my car, but the cheap plastic ones work great.
