Well I took the 2011 GS in for new back tires and they of course did not use jacking pucks and cracked the drivers side rocker. I'm taking it in for the estimate to get it fixed, but I was wondering if anyone knows the cost of a new rocker.
Do they repair them of replace them?
For the life of me I could not find this on google
It depends on where the damage is (and how bad) but I would bet that it will need to be replaced to be fixed right though.
How do I know? Been there done that. The rocker panel is glued to the frame so you need an experienced body shop to get it repaired correctly.
I decided to get a wide body front done when fixing this so I cannot give you an accurate cost.
It will be as good as new if done right.
Oh yes, my insurance covered it (the rocker panel replacement) except for my deductible and it did not cause my insurance premium to increase (State Farm).

If its cracked right by the area where the puck goes it will probably be much easier and cheaper to fix them. Great thing about fiberglass it repairs very easily.

Yep, it's a 1 inch crack by the jacking spot. I just don't like the thought of patching it. For some reason I feel it will crack again over time or the patch will fall out or break. If they will replace the entire rocker I will have them do that, not costing me a dime, Discount Tire has to cover their stupidity IMO.
At each end of the rocker panel, just past the door gaps, the panel is just a thin piece that juts out for the fender (in front) and quarter panel (in back) to connect to. See in my photo near the rear wheel, the front one is covered by a fender panel.
If either thin part is damaged (as mine was) then the rocker should definitely be replaced.
If the bottom of the rocker is damage slightly, under the door portion, then it could probably be repaired so you wouldn't notice it.
Well, I doubt that insurance will cover a full replacement for that small crack. You couldn't even see it unless you're under the car. Don't see any real structural damage.

Probably just patch it and paint.
Yeah, I hear ya. It's not visible, but my car was not cracked when I brought it there and what if it spreads. The real issue is the fact I asked them to use pucks, they said they did and they did not. For me that says replace what you broke, not repair. I will see what I can get, it's it's only a repair then it is what it is.

This hurts to look at your car with what had to done to it.

Has Discount actually said they will cover the expense of repair/replace?

Same thing happened to me. That will be repaired, not replaced. I told the body shop to mask off the side of the car and keep the paint to the underside only. After the repair, you'll never know it was damaged.
