Default Transparent Top question

Hello all, I'm trying to sell my top that I don't use and I know this isn't in the selling section. The reason I'm posting it in here is because I have a question on how much this item is worth. I know that they are worth a lot brand new, and sadly this is not. It has spider cracks, and a few scratches that I'm going to be showing. So if you could point me in the right direct, I'd greatly appreciate

it!
Thank you,
Nikko

Not sure why anyone would be interested in a cracked and damaged top.

Its basically worth the hardware (latches, seals, pins, etc), $150-$200 max. That assumes the latches are the updated, non-roller type.

Thank you, I just wanted to know what it was worth and what should be done with it. I'm not using it for anything and I figured, someone else would have better use for it than me.

This is the right place to find out what it's worth.

If/when you get ready to sell it, it should be posted here:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...le-wanted-115/

with an asking price in the post.

Default Does it have the new or old style hardware?

The front latches - do they have rollers on them or are they solid?

Rollers = old, solid = new.

Don't forget to check out EBay - although those are usually asking prices, it can provide a starting place.

The top, although not really suitable for a top to be used as a transparent top due to the issues, can be used by someone that wants a light top to wrap in vinyl. I bought one that wasn't in great shape to do just that. I'll wrap it in gloss black and will add the ebony coupe top headliner to the inside to make it like a colored top.
