Powder Coat my brake rotors?
Took my rotors off and bead blasted them while they were off. They look AWESOME, but I know they are just going to rust again.
I have a powder coat system, but am a little worried about warping a rotor.
It is only 400 degrees, so I would think it is ok. Anyone have experience with powder coating brakes?

Brake rotors can easily get hot enough to melt standard powder-coat material.
High temperature paint would be much better.

Wow, I feel silly. I didn't even think about the brakes being hotter than the PC! Hi temp paint it is. Thanks for preventing an embarrassing mistake.

I have had two sets powder coated and there was only one issue. The powder coat was applied to the entire rotor including the face where the pads contact so the rotors had to be turned to remove the unwanted coating. There is evidently a special tape that can be used to mask the unwanted area. My recommendation is not to coat the pad contact surfaces. Powder coating is a great way to go on the rotors, easy to clean, looks great and fairly cheap. I think I paid $100 for all four rotors.

Went with sandblast and paint for now. Might try coating later. Sorry for the large pix. I couldn't figure out how to resize.

I think you did just fine. Looks good. When it's time for new rotors you can get a pair that has a coating on them that does not rust. I have Brake Motive rotors on my car now and the only place i see rust is where the pads contact the rotor if the car has been sitting for a while.
