DIC states 0 air pressure L/F High air pressure RT/F. Air pressure is good. If I hit the trip button message erases, but soon returns. No Air pressure light on dash, just message. Do I need new air pressure sensors?

How old is the car? If air pressure is good on the tires, then yes I'd presume that the TPMS sensors need replacing. The batteries on them will die after several years. I think I've seen 5-7 years is the expected life expectancy. Some longer, some shorter of course...

Discount Tire sells OEM sensors and will install them for free if you buy from them

Thanks for your quick response. I have owned my 2005 corvette for about three years. The tires were new when I purchased the car, but I doubt if the sensors were replaced. I will take your advice and make an appointment with Discount Tire. Thanks again!

Unless you know for a fact that the sensors are programmed to the correct location on the car, you should check the pressure in all four tires when those two messages come up.

Believe it or not, all of the above responses are valid.

The tires could be in the incorrect position to read correctly. Your car is older than Adam , and in my experience, the sensors have a life anywhere from 3 to 11 years.

And I wish Discount tires were available to me.

In my experience.

The car is older than Adam. The batteries don't know the car only has 28K. It's the 11 years. Thanks

Any reputable tire shop will be able to check each TPMS transducer.

I just bought 4 OEM sensors from Amazon for 120.00 and Discount Tire installed them and balanced tires for 48.00. All working great.
