No not scary, it has the dead man locking post in the middle, it's way better than jack stands.

Way safer to lift now too. I changed the motor in my C5 on jack stands and a million other things and i would of loved to have this through all those mods!

Thanks, Matt

No not using the "Hockey Pucks" I have the Elite Engineering rocker savers and they are what come into contact with the pads of the lift -

The rocker savers come down about a 1/2" or more to protect the underside of the Vette from speed bumps, steep driveways, etc.

The lift itself also comes with additional square 1 1/2" rubber pads to put under it for extra lift and placement - however those rubber pads would still come into contact with the Rocker Savers should I use them

Thanks,Matt

Congrats!

What's the drive over height?

It looks like that it might pose a problem for wide body C6 that has a ZR1 type splitter on the front. Especially if lowered.

Could be, but simple to solve with 4 2x10x1' long on each end, I would think.

You would have to see it in order to actually understand how much room there is - the front is fully open and the small cross bar in the front can be removed if desired!

If you really look close and not just a quick glance you will see it for yourself -

However "IF" you need more room to work on the rear I can either turn the lift around or just back the Vette in the garage, it is that simple!

Thanks,Matt

I really do not understand your question - "BUT" I will try my best to answer it for you, so here goes:

I open the door and get out, I am not FAT or anything like that, there is plenty of room. Perhaps it was just the picture.

Thanks,Matt
