WOW !!!! What an interesting dilemma. I've never seen so many opinions on whats what. Ruts in roads....tilting roads.....crowned roads....bad tires....bad "Factory" alignment...(HUH ?...thats strange....the factory puts out thousands of cars with alignments so bad they eat tires ? And just how many miles of bad roads that cause this kind of quandary can someone drive on. Sounds to me like something goofy is going on here......help us Mr. Wizard.....
Not bad alignment, aggressive alignment. And yes, the factory setting on a Z will eat the inside of the Goodyear run flats in less then 10,000 miles.
Idea. Locate a speed shop/high performance shop near you that does alignments, have employees that drag race at your local strip and might own a vette. They do exist. You may get the best alignment from such a shop. I did. They will also realize that you will require a 4 wheel alignment. All the best to you!
Because it comes and goes (It will pull and then "release".) I think th problem is "tramlining". Aggressive alignment and wide tires. A more neutral alignment will usually eleviate the problem.
OP, I suggest you google tramlining and watch a couple youtube videos and see if that is your problem.
Buckmeister is right, you should not have to fight the wheel.
Yep. I have this sometimes in areas where the road is so worn in spots the pavement has actually sunk down and causes this issue, the car and steering want to ride in the sunk down areas, and I don't (especially if it's raining). It also tends to happen where the road is grooved because they are going to repave at some point, car wants to follow the grooves.

Yeah, it does seem that way...BUT...the op can read it all, evaluate HIS situation and see what fits. There are a lot of good, valid points that have been made...it just becomes overwhelming when you realize that ALL of the stuff mentioned CAN have an effect on how a vehicle behaves. All part of the fun of connecting with a forum!!

YEA....good point....but wonder if it all fits !!!!....or, none of it fits...LOL....whats a hot rodder to do ???.....
2013 GS with OEM Goodyear RF's have had no problem like that on any road. Guess I'm lucky.
You mean yours doesn't have that BAD and/or AGGRESSIVE (LOL) alignment from the factory that people are talking about ?? Well you are a lucky one then.....
The naysayers have it! It an uncontrolled test I pulled the shims from the right front, deflated the left front to 15psi, put a bald non runflat and a new GY OEM on the back and, with a case of chilled Keystone Ice on the seat beside me, drove from here to West Buttlick, TN with NO HANDS ON THE WHEEL! Alignment shinement, tires smires, I now believe.
I believe I'll have another 'stone.

Ah yes....i've known people that drink Keystone and they have had the same type of allergic reaction. Around here in the home of Bud land we call Keystone "Panther PI$$".

OUCH !!!....but in reality...comparing Pan Therpis to Panther PI$$ is like comparing filet mignon (sp..LOL)..to Turkey Burger....if one is a beef person that is..........come to think of it....I might even take the Panther PI$$ over a Turkey Burger.....
I recently bought a 2013 Grand Sport coupe. The steering pulls to both the left and right....sometimes hard and sometimes almost un-noticably. It will pull and then "release". I had it aligned at the local chevy dealer and it improved some, but I'm still fighting the wheel. It is worse on country roads than smooth interstates.
Is this normal handling for my 'vette ?
Thanks for any help/feedback.
I had similar issues when I first got my 2011 Grandsport tires were my fix.
