2006 C6 Electrical/Computer issues

2006 C6 Electrical/Computer issues
Hi, Recently after sitting in the garage overnight (and without any previous indications) my C6 just died. Long story short, after replacing the battery and battery lines, the car would sit overnight and be dead in the morning. My mechanic had the car for 3 weeks looking for whatever was causing the draw to drain the battery. Nothing showed up on the diagnostic equipment. The car would charge, drive great, and die over night. Ultimately, the mechanic said that someone from GM?? came in and reloaded some software, and the problem went away. Today, 3 weeks later, I got a "service active handling, and check ABS" lights. I see that there was a recall for the latter issue - which I don't think I was notified about. Anyone familiar with these issues? Also, what do I do if my C6 was not serviced for the recall??
