Standard or automatic?
Seriously, auto pros: no dead leg from shifting, no stalling, no missed gears, no grinding gears, no clutch to replace, no ancillary clutch parts to replace, no fluid maintenance other than every 100k, it's faster shifting than any human being could ever even begin to think about.
Cons: it doesn't sound like a manual when shifting, you can't "bang" through gears...lol
Sell crazy somewhere else, we're all stocked up here

But hit me up if you aren't sure the 'Right' way to eat Oreos,
I have the definitive on that one.

Either way you slice it, there is a lot of good info in this
thread, like the shift speed of paddles, not being super
snappy, I wasn't aware of that, I do remember something
about changing corrupt fluids in the manual (Achilles heel to MC's ),
something a guy could miss but might catch in this thread.
And yea, having to change out that fluid is not a big deal nor
a deal breaker , just a valuable tip.

The only way i'll ever own an auto sports car or corvette is if manufacturers stop making them

To me an automatic Vette is like having Marilyn Monroe without the "you know whats".
