hood problems
can you guys please help? I have tried two hoods now and the first from carbon creations was bowed and would not fit properly, I ordered one through tko performance the same style but in fiberglass and the build was total crap, I trying to get a nice vented hood that fits and doesn't need more work than the hood cost its getting on my nerves waiting 2 months just to be disappointed each time. I'm thinking about a tvs style now but I'm scared to spend anymore $ its getting out of hand. so if anyone has a z06 with a nice style vented hood can you post a picture and refer me in the right direction. ill attach the style I'm looking for.

SEIBON hood forget the model i think i paid $1100 (not including paint) i had to dremel out two spots for the crash hooks but it wasnt horrible but if you're super **** about how it looks under the hood then you may have an issue with this i could careless.
fitmet i thought was damn good. i did loosen fenders and bumper and play around a little to get it to where i thought it was good but i have a widebody on a basemodel so its not 100% to begin with but again 1100$ hood vs 3-4k from lg or someone like that. the only part i think is a little off is the line where the hood meets the bumper it gets a little high in the middle but most would never notice.

I believe that's a vis racing hood, that's the one I'm looking at now. it says you might have to loosen the top fender bolts a little and like you said the crash hooks. I am really considering that one now. I got this piece of junk mailed to me yesterday after waiting 2 months.
