GMPP Question
One of the Bose woofers on my GS blew out and needs to be replaced. I have coverage under GMPP, but in the booklet it states that repairs need to be done at the issuing dealer. True ? I would rather have the repair done close to home instead of making two trips down to Kerbeck, one to confirm the problem and order the part, then a second to make the repair. Can any GM dealer handle GMPP repairs on a Chevy, even a Buick/GMC dealer ?
Yes, I know I should trash the whole Bose system, but for now my money is better spent elsewhere.
