I wouldn't doubt it. My 1990 Beretta GTZ had it back in the day and when I bought my C5 in 2002 I couldn't believe that it had the same problem. Nonetheless, I know GM knows about that problem, so maybe they'll finally get it right.
i wouldnt be so sure. he he after all this is gm. makes me think back to my 1984 trans am with 4 wheel disc brakes that would not stay in adjustment. found out later that all gm cars of that era with 4 wheel disc brakes except vette had the same problem! hey class action suit lawyers lets play with this. how many times i went to best gm dealerships and to their master mechanics to have my brakes adjusted. they stayed right about 2000 miles but automatic adjusters didnt work. hell just had my mrk 8 brake pads changed and mechanic said he remembered well all the problems with that system and that was almost 20 years ago! how could gm had let this slide. lets hope those idiots dont still work there! andy ps. just made a new friend yesterday when he brought his 98 vette over to my house and he told me about gm wanting 400 dollars to fix his column lock problem. (car was out of warranty) of course i had to tell him about my experience with my 2000 vette column lock. sure took our corporate friends a while to face up to this. at least we did get a recall on it. never did hear from them about my useless brakes! :mad :chevy :boxing :flag
