Yes, it will.
Hence the stock pedal has the TB only opening up a slight amount when you are pressing the pedal to say less than half way down. Really, until you press the pedal all the way down, does the pedal to TB postioning become 1 to 1 instead.
What the controller does, it tricks the ECM into thinking that you are pressing the pedal down farther isntead, and this causes the TB to open up more each pedal amount push each time.
The ECM still has TB smoothing in play, but since the TB is opening up more with less pedal push/ and closing more with each pedal depress, it would be the same as you using more throttle (down and up) without the controller in play instead.

Since I have had mine my mileage has not really changed in mixed driving. I run SP 5 most of the time. You might see a mileage increase if you ran it in the highest eco setting, but where if the fun in that ?

Since this controller is simply taking away the "Lull" (lack of better term) time in your pedal, it's doubtful that it would/should change your MPG if you keep the same driving habits and don't get carried away with the new found throttle response in the first part of the pedal travel.

Yes it will have an effect. My foot has become heavier and gas mileage has gone down hill but my grin has gotten so big that my cheeks hurt.

One more Question:Of the many treads that I'll read about this thing; I've got that it gets you off faster from a dead stop. Does it also help, lets say at a 45mph roll? or freeway speed?

The controller by itself will not make the car any faster, all it does is make the relationship between the pedal and throttle more linear, ie. a 1:1 ratio just like an old carp car.

Yes, but full throttle is still the same, so you could get the same results just by being more aggressive with your right foot. It does make the throttle response more linear and easier to modulate, especially with a MN6.

If you are on the fence just do it, you will not regret it. After the MGW shifter it is the best mod I have done.

Had mine for over a year. No issues except improved driveability. My only "performance" mod. Really pleased with what it does.

neither. all it does is changes the travel of pedal to travel of tb blade ratio. i looked into this and really do not see the point in it. all its effectively doing is changing the pedal position to tb position so if you just push the gas more youll get the same effect, i guess you can argue it saves you the "time" of pushing the pedal the additional distance.
of course its going to feel like night and day more "responsive" when you put it on your car because what used to take you 3" of throttle movement now might only take you 1".
