2013 GS no reverse

Default 2013 GS no reverse
My 2013 GS with only 4900 miles would not go into reverse. No reverse lights and the car seems to go forward. Any one else run into this problem?

When you push the clutch in -- can you feel it go into Reverse or are you in 5th gear... ?

Auto or Standard? If manual, you have to put a bit of muscle into it. ALL the way to the right, then up.
