drivers seat moves
My 2005 has a drivers seat that will move forward on its own while I am driving. When this happens I can reposition the seat up about an inch or so and it will stop for a few minutes but then it will move forward again, usually in spurts. When I exit the seat will always move all the way forward. I have disconnected the battery and held the pos/neg terminals together for 30 minutes but the programming from the prior owner stays in the system. THIS MADDENING, PLEASE HELP

My 05 did the same thing to me until it finally stopped working all together, but with the seat in rear most position that made me have to hot wire the seat motors to move it.
Check the module and the power wires going to it. The wires that power the module were cut on mine.

Had the exact same thing going on with my 05. The seat foam sags over time allowing it to rest on the module attached to the wire frame. The weight of you sitting in the seat will press the foam down onto the module.
I removed the module from the frame and rotated it 180 so that it is located in the open space under the rear of the seat. Have not had the problem since.
