Someone scratched my windshield right in front of the driver's seat. My car was outside my office for part of the day. Almost certain who did it. Thinking about writing an anon letter stating "Please stop vandalizing my car." Any suggestions? I am only violent when protecting self/family.
Tread very lightly because as you stated "almost certain" without physical proof like videos or an eye witness this can turn very ugly at your place of work, why scratch the glass when most vandalism is to paint I'm not saying it didn't happen like you said, light scratches can be buffed out if not very deep, otherwise replace windshield through insurance road hazard comprehensive claim

I agree, unless you have proof/evidence that the individual did it, you are only 'assuming' they did it. Although you may be 100% right, I would nor confront the individual at this point. I would bring it with my boss and/or HR as already suggested and request a review of any video from security cameras, if available. If none are available, I would seriously consider installing a dash cam.
Yeah, someone smashed the windscreen on my '01 Guzzi V11 Sport. Luckily I found a replacement for $100. If it happened today it's an out of production item, so I couldn't get a factory replacement and would have to get it custom made.
I had just given appraisals to my employees and one fellow was irate that he was one point less than perfect (I didn't give anyone a higher appraisal). I moved my bike right after the discussion but when I rode it to work the next week, I assume he got me.
I have no hard feelings (since I got it fixed and can't prove he did it. And it wouldn't matter to me now if admitted it. It's water under the bridge.).
