easy exit function not wanted

Just purchased a 2008 corvette---set my seat positions (heard the beeps) and thought all was well. Except when I exit the car the "easy exit" function moves the seat back, I dont want it, ive tried to delete this but not having any success. What am I missing??

Turn it off in the options section on the right side pod.

I just set my exit position as the same position I drive in. Doesn't move at all when I exit

Disabling the feature is a good idea as moving the seat all the time is asking for trouble with the wiring harness plugs squished in between the bottom of the seat and the floor.

There was actually a TSB for that very thing.

After I had the Chevy dealer tie those, I canceled my seat exit option.
