C6 Track Day Prep and Upgrades
A lot of Corvette forum members have been asking about prepping their C6's for track days..
Yes we do track day prep. Bring your own parts after making great deals with CF vendors like Cultrag, LG and many others and we will install the parts for you..
Among the common items...
1. Tow hooks, tow eyes, tow loops... Whatever you call them... we make them special for C6 Corvettes
2. Brake duct packages... Katech work the best... Or we will custom make some for you
3. HD Cooling using Ron davis radiators..
4. Suspension set up and alignment. We do many of these and include corner weighting, adjustable endlinks and more. It is very worth while.
5. GM T1 kits or LG sway bars. Take your pick and we will install. The improvement is large!
6. Shocks. If you have the MR setup they work well. We also have Penske shocks with helper springs if you want more.. Also a GM T1 non adjustable shock that works well.
7. Tuning. For NA cars expect about 25 hp with a street tune on 93 octane. We have picked up about 40hp with headers, exhaust and 100 octane..
8. Z06/Grand sport fender up grades for Z51 cars... This is a dynamite appearance and handling upgrade.. (Allows wider wheels)..
9. Engine and cam installs... Bu your parts from Geno at Cultrag and we will install.
10. Harness bars and belts.. Brey Kraus has a great setup. They just released it and it works great.
11. Brake upgrades for Z06, Grand sport and Z51... Brembo, 4 pistons and big 14 inch rotors... It works very well.
12. Hoosier Tires. We have a selection of A7 and R7 used Hoosiers that are an easy handling upgrade..
13. American racing headers and open exhaust
