Default TPMS Question

Greetings All, 2008 base that I have 4 new rims and tires that I plan on having mounted soon. Have heard mixed reviews on metal vs. rubber valve stems. The tire shop only sells rubber ones and swears by them because of less corrosion and less chance of leaks and breaking the bead. The down side is that they are $85.00 each and I need 4. They will let me bring my own and I may use use ones from a company called Denso at $38 each....quite a difference. Thoughts...Suggestions. Thanks all.

I have the rubber ones. Discount Tire put them on and I didn't realize they were rubber till I got home. They were $75 ea. I got some chrome sleaves and caps to fit over them on ebay.

Both work fine
I like the looks of the metal ones
What they are charging is way to much
I bought 4 from cultrag and I think I had 156.00 in the whole set of 4
