Has anyone used Vroom to buy a used car? I am currently in the market for another car and Vroom seems to have a good selection with good prices. The whole web based car purchasing thing scares me a little. Call me old school!

Never heard of them before. But, free delivery, free return and full money back if not satisfied in 7 days, 90 day full warranty...damn. I'm impressed.
I bought my last 3 vettes sight unseen and, after doing my homework, I was completely satisfied when I picked them up.
Good luck.
I have not used but I don't think I would have a problem with doing so. I mean I buy everything else online, why not cars?
I have not heard from Vroom before, but I heard of Beepi a few years ago (same kind of company). Just for fun I tried to sell my 2010 Mazda3 to them just to see what their process was on how they get their cars. My car was perfect. Low miles, clean in/out, got all service records, etc. They rejected my car...for what you say? Because I lowered the car on Eibach springs. Apparently they will not accept any car with any modification. Must be completely stock. I guess that's a good thing...maybe.
While I think it might be hard to buy a car sight unseen, the option to return it is nice but I would read up on the policy first.
I use to have the same fear buying clothes/shoes online. I mean, how can you buy shoes without trying them out first? But easy free returns (including shipping), I got over that fear fairly quickly.
