Default MAYBE I need to KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID?

I have a ’07 and I was wondering how I could put BG 44K in it properly? Is this double tank an issue? I have used 44K for years in a number of different autos with good results. On a single fuel tank auto, you fill it up (18-20 gallons) and pour a full can in. Filling up the C6 tanks (both sides) will the additive just go into one side (9 gallons) and not the other? If so, the additive will be too concentrated in only 9 gallons. Does one tank empty before the other. Let’s say…on a completely empty C6, would you put in approx. 8 gallons of gas and then only pour in a half can of additive. Then fill the vette up and pour in the other half? Any thoughts? Thanks, Jon.

I can't tell you how to add that stuff, but as for the fuel system, the left tank fills first, then overflows into the right. Under operation, right tank drains first, but it's a little more complicated than just that. The system uses surplus fuel pressure to cycle fuel between the tanks and it mixes fuel between the tanks, otherwise stale fuel might accumulate in the left side tank if you always filled up at half a tank.

Here's a description of the system (this is for 2003 - 4 C5's but its basically identical to the C6)

V62678. Where do you get those pdfs? I bought the shop manuals for 13 vette but it was all paper, no electronic. The paper book is tough to discern numbers on wiring diagrams or detailed part blow out pictures. Thank you!

I got lucky years ago and was able to purchase most of the C6 Corvette Service Manual Sections in PDF format. I also have the 3 set paper manuals as well.
I find that I use the Electronic version much more often than the paper ones.

That sure looks similar to this which has been around for more than 10 years - http://www.hessh.de/Corvette/FuelTankSystem.pdf

And those pages sure aren't in the shop manual set or even similar. The GM approved shop manuals are totally black and white.

But that is the best description of the fuel system I know of. Just one addition, the continuous transfer from right to left must be greater than the engine can use at WOT so the mixing is very energetic.
