Although I agree the answer is no, that is not totally true. There is a company that offers to modify your nav head to accept a backup camera:

Very expensive. Undoubtedly not worth it (to me). But it is an option.

I knew about that but didn't mention it because of, like you said, it's not worth the price, not to mention the resolution of the factory nav screen is so poor the picture quality for a backup camera would also be poor at best.
