Theftlock activated
So, we installed a Nav unit from a 2008 into my 3LT this past Friday. We also added an iSimple Bluetooth and Streaming add on. And we tested all options thru Accesory power with everything working.
But, of course, as soon as we powered up thru ignition Theftlock was activated. We immediately got the Theftlock is activated in screen message.
I have an appointment with a local a Stealership Saturday morning for the Tech II VIN update.
But during the meantime (yesterday, Tuesday) the Theftlock is activated message is gone and the screen is dark (blank as if no power) yet the radio option buttons (AM, FM, etc) are still lighted. I am taking the car back to the Installer Friday morning but we are wondering...
Has anyone dealt with this issue? Any ideas or direction will be appreciate y'all!?
