Default Wind Deflector

This piece was available a few years ago, then disappeared .... and now is offered again. It received pretty good press from members in the past. So with spring coming, I thought some of you would appreciate knowing it is out there on the 'E' site again.

I've had one a couple of years and really like it. It doesn't block all the wind but it helps I usually will not drive without it when the top is down. Would buy it again

One ws included when I bought my 007 a couple years back. I didn't know what it was until last week. I'll never use it, as I never take the top off. But I think that the attaching hardware is missing.

What does it take to attach? Pictures please.....and if anyone is interested let me know.

It comes with #10-32 screws with threaded caps that go thru the holes that the roof pins sit in. I'm not home now so can't provide a photo.

Pictures please when you can. And length of the 10-32 screws. Thanks! It will make it easier to sell if I either acquire the hardware or at least know what to tell the person to get.

I bought a used one here and think it helped considerably on my coupe. Drove about 100 miles with it a few weeks ago.

Saw them listed recently on ebay. Maybe he sold out.

The threaded part of the screw is right at 1 3/16 inches long.

Slotted. But it doesn't really matter. The head is at the bottom of the hole. You stick the screw up thru the hole (and tab on the deflector )
then use the nut provided to lock the deflector down.

Is it in decent condition? Been thinking about buying one when they first came out and then dismissed it for some reason or other. Seldom take my top off, but if I do I may want to install the deflector.

Well, after looking at the pictures, I thought "I've seen something like those before." I went to my 'loose screws' drawer in my toolbox and there they were! Thanks, the picture was what I needed to jog my memory.
