TKO Issue

Just got an email from TKO for parts I bought 6 and 7 years ago that they shipped me today. Been calling and the line is busy.

Anyone else have this happen?

My 2010 order just shipped today also..................
At least that is what it said in my email.

Must be a computer glitch or something.

I received an email as well from TKO notifying me of an item that I ordered five years ago. Don't know if they've changed to a new e-commerce handler and they are closing out old orders or what.

I also received an email from TKO saying they shipped a part I ordered in 2011. Also found their phone line is busy. I'm betting its due to everyone trying to call.

Also received one today for order in 2014. I'll bet their computer system has been hacked

I just got an email from them:

Please disregard the recent emails regarding "your order being sent". These emails were sent in error due to a change in servers. The change triggered /generated the emails. There is no new order nor is there any credit card info on file. So no packages will be shipping out. We have caught the problem and have stopped the emails from being generated. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

I apologize for the emails being generated. We are completely changing/upgrading our website. That will be launch soon.

However unfortunately when they were doing the migration for the servers a letter from older orders was triggered /generated.
So there is no order. (unless you did recently order) Nothing is being shipped. No goodies coming from us...at this moment.

IAnd yes lines are bz from incoming calls regarding this.
I truly do apologize up & down for any inconvenience.
