Alignment?

Alignment?
Is there any "course knowledge" I should have before I select someplace to do an alignment on my '09? Any advice or recommendations regarding the work itself, and, if you're in the Sacramento, CA area, any recommendations on who I should go to to do the work?

If you want to take a little drive down to Rio Vista, Abel Chev. Call and talk to member RichieRichZ06 to make an appt. They have a great reputation for taking good care of Vettes and their owners. You can specify if you want a track alignment, low tire wear alignment or something in between.

Thanks you guys. I remember Richie from the dealership he was with in Fairfield and later from Abel Chevrolet back when I was showing my C3. He has a great reputation, but Abel is about a 100 mile run for me. Nice drive and all, but I was hoping to find someone competent nearer. Anyone have any experience with Corvette Care in Rancho Cordova? Seems to be the only Corvette specialist in Sacto.

Just find a tech that will take the time to get the exact numbers you want.
Any adjustment will throw off the other corners. So it is chasing your tail if you will to get it all right.
My guy took just over an hour.
Watch the toe keep it under .05 total for the front. This is what will scrub wear the tires.
I like just a little toe for tracking. I think mine is .01 and .02 front.
