Check forum vendor "wheels for less" if you want GM style wheels.
If you re considering other brands you can just get them black chromed post purchase (from someone like cal chrome) or you can get them powder coated with a black chrome finish.
I've had 5-6 sets of rims over the years and tried all 3 routes above. The only route I would advise against is buying and then having the wheels black chromed... it was pricy.
