I see that you are using a Harbor Freight jack, so go back down there & purchase this, now jack the car from the front & back using the jacking points & you can remove about 20 of your steps!

Agree but I enjoy my time in the garage no matter what I'm doing.

I have this and it's great. When i jack from the front jacking points, I take off the extension arms and place the rubber pads on each end and it does the job.

Pretty sure I already know but can you get this under the car without having it on some blocks for clearance, I have to use these just to be able to jack it up, then I put my jackstands under each end and remove jack

Only thing that would have made that better was if you had an analog clock on the back wall so we could see the hands moving forward!

I like your floor tiles. What are they? I need to do something to my garage floor soon.

Race Deck.

When picking a garage floor deciding how much time you are going to need to maintain it. I love my floor. Because I live in the northeast and one of our daily drivers gets parked in the garage I have to clean constantly to keep it looking good.

My other choice was epoxy but you just aren't gonna get a checkered pattern with epoxy! Lol.

i know that I would as my front end has only 2" of clearance from the top of my low profile jack to the bottom of my splitter.

I've been thinking about VCT tiles, seen some guys on here who did them and had some nice looking garages. Sounded like the key was to wax/polish it once a year. Race Deck is another option, but like 4 to 5x the cost.

I was so close to going VCT and still think it would have been a good option. Being ****, I'd almost look forward to stripping waxing and buffing. Basic training and barracks life all over again.

I just ordered the same 12" Race Ramp Cribs for my C7 and I was planning on just jacking up the front from the front center jacking point and putting the Cribs under the front wheels, and then doing the same for the rear. Is there a reason this won't work?

Only problem I could foresee is that once the front is that high all at once you may run out of clearance in the back so the exhaust may hit. So far what I've done in the video has been easiest for me. My next time, I will probably lift on the sides to get it up a few inches to make the front and back jacking points easier to access and then do the rest of the lift from those using what '449er' shows above. It will definitely distribute the weight better.

Maybe someone else can chime in also.

Can you use this to jack up the entire side? Placing under door?
