So, I installed and tuned my C6 Corvette with LG Performance full exhaust, except the mufflers. Does a Z06 Muffler fits my Standard C6 vette? I want it to be louder without affecting performance, any suggestion?
No the Z06 is a 3 inch pipe and the base is a 2.5 inch pipe. Now you can have a muffler shop install them,. they should have the ability to make the adapter needed.
Not sure what you mean by you want it loader but you don't want to effect performance. If you have installed LG long tubes, X-pipe and cats and had a tune, installing and after marker cat back or even over the axle system will have no effect on the performance.

How did you tune it? And "full" exhaust, except for the mufflers??? And as BWF07 said, Z06 are 3", other cars are 2 1/2".
I have installed a full LG performance system, no cats. With the stock mufflers the sound is not as loud as I like it, I have a C6 Camaro with the same setup and the sound is perfect.

Yes, full exhaust except the mufflers, it was tuned and the results were 34rwhp more. like I said, I installed the LG full long tube headers with the X-pipe with NO cats, only used the stock mufflers.

lol why are people so afraid of losing horsepower by taking out mufflers
I heard that replacing the mufflers with a high flow ones may affect car performance as the back pressure is being changed, not sure about that.
Not sure i ever heard that one before .... you don't have to worry about loosing HP .... heck the NPP option is worth 6 HP and add a ZO6 3 inch system and mainfolds is usually good for 15 hp
Add a set of long tubes and hi flow cats and you are looking at 30 to 40 HP gain with a tune
An engine is nothing but a air pump let it breather better on the intake and exhaust and it will make more HP
