Found it....mine is on the passenger side. Found the words California certified....so if I decided to go west...I should be fine...??
Yes. But if you own a non Calif certified car you could still move to Calif and take it with you, you would just have to jump through the DMV hoops to get it emission certified as long as it had at least 7500 miles on it.
All of the cars are set up and tuned the same. The only difference is the particular emission sticker affixed to the car at the factory and on new cars Calif wants to see their name on that sticker. Crazy, but that's Calif for you.
look for FE9 on the sticker on the glove box.. - means 50 state certified.. including Californica- even tho most of us wish it wasn't one of the 50 states.

I heard they have a bill in their legislature to secede....all we can do is hope...! I would be happy to show my passport at the Nevada/Calif border...
Oh and that means that they can deal with their pension deficit on their own...
