No drl function. Help!

No drl function. Help!
I installed my switchback drl leds today but I have no drl function. I tried reversing them but didn't help. I checked all my fuses and even put the stock bulbs back in but still no drl's. They light up with the headlights on and turns work just no drl's. Any ideas?

Could they have been turned off via the switch on the turn signal?
