Default Front Bra Snap Removal??

Good afternoon all. Please excuse my ignorance, but the prior owner of my C6 at one point had a GM factory bra installed. However when I purchased from the dealer, the bra had already been removed and was included in a separate box (as if I wanted the ugly thing).

Here's my question, how do I remove the button snaps that are inside of each front wheel well, as it looks like the plastic retaining clips were removed in place of these. I have looked and tried different things, but cant get them to budge. I'm afraid to try prying on them for fear of damaging the plastic and paint.

If anyone has removed these before and can offer a tip it would be appreciated. I'm sure it's stupid easy and I'm just a dumbass missing something.

Thanks

Should just unscrew using a Philips driver.

They will unscrew BUT, you will need a new plastic push pin type of thing to go into the hole to keep the wheel wells in place.

Why ? Just leave them. You may want a Novi Stretch at some time and they are all the same fasteners. IMO

As stated above, easy to replace. Just have replacement push pins to install.

When I installed the novi-stretch on my GS There were screws that I had to remove in order to install the snaps, not push pins.

Yeah I have the plastic pins to install. I tried unscrewing them earlier, but they wouldn't turn. I'll try again and maybe not be such a pu**y about it this time.

Grip them with a pair of pliers so they don't rotate as you turn the screw.

I learned, as a teenager, how to remove bra snaps. I can do it with my eyes closed and behind their back.

You will have to remove the clips added behind the wheel well. These are on the body panel to hold the snap screws. The push pins won't go in with these in place. Mine are black and you don't see them and the bra prevents some nose damage on the highway.
