January I had to have my radiator support bracket replaced and since then after I take the car out I find what seems to be Dex Cool underneath the driver side aft of the tire. Sometimes it's a good stream after a long drive and in the photo it's just a couple of dots after a short drive. I've been to two different shops and they tell me they can't find anything wrong but it keeps popping up? I thought it might be overflow from the tank but it should have been gone by now since I haven't topped it off.........anyone else have this?
Not to sure coolant lines are routed in the above area, although there is the washer reservoir located right behind the left front wheel, could it be this?

The washer liquid is blue this is pink and a little oily...........
