2005 Radiator Install
Of note, my aftermarket intake was on the car when I bought it.
The radiator was slightly larger which caused a slight clearance issue but was easily remedied.
The oil ports were welded into place and while the transmission fittings fit flush resulting in a good seal, the engine oil fittings did not and I had to RTV seal those. In all, with a few tweaks, it all fit nicely.
It took a total of 3 weeks to get all the parts in and I just finished putting everything back together today.
In all, I spent about 6 hours removing everything and about 6 hours putting it all back together (this included some wait time for seals to dry out and reseal when I found leaks).
I hope this is helpful for others who crack their radiators and don't feel like spending $500 on a radiator. Since I couldn't find any youtube videos about this install, I went ahead and made one myself. Enjoy the link!
