Not a coupe owner but seems like there was a TSB (?) about delamination of targa's.

Back I believe in 2006 there was a TSB put out for delamination (top skin separating); but I have not seen or heard of one for fractures.

If you're talking about hairline stress cracks in a clear roof, it's not uncommon, and I don't think it's a covered by GM.
