My original window regulator went out in my 2007 base. So, I purchased a new AcDelco unit. I installed it, gave it a test run before I buttoned it all back up and it goes all the way down but only raises 2 inches or so from bottom and stops.
Any ideas?

I would appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Bruce
You said you replaced the window regulator. Did that include the motor or just the regulator mechanism? If you didn't replace the motor too, that might be the problem. You should check the entire operating mechanism, regulator and motor, when the door panel is removed. Beyond that, I guess it could be an electronic spook in the BCM. Who knows with these fly by wire Corvettes.

I replaced my passenger and driver regulator, and found that if the door is not closed when you try the window, it will not work properly. Close the door and try it. If it still doesn't work, disconnect the battery to get rid of any glitches in the computer. Once you reconnect the battery, you will have to index both windows.
Good Luck.
Here is my door and instructions for replacing the regulator, which you successfully pulled off.
