How soon should fluids in a 2006 with 52,000 miles be changed, i.e.
rear differential...transmission ....power steering....brake
thanks

Yes, owner's manual is a good guide to at least look at and follow. However, IMO, if you know the history of the car or got it new, now is the time for all of them to be changed, incl. trans, and coolant. And brakes, it is said should be changed every two years.

OP, when I bought a used, 2004 C5 in 2012 with 53K on the clock, I changed all the fluids except brakes within the first year. Did the brakes during the second year. Changing fluids is cheap and adds life and performance to any car, especially a Corvette that is typically driven hard.
