I got a ticket about a year back for no front license plate so I bought one of the Sho N Sto license brackets and installed it on my base C6. The cops loved it and signed off on the ticket. It has been residing behind my passenger side seat since that time. Today I decided to install it on the front of my car and there's no bracket there to install it into. GONE! Just a couple of chunks of my lower valance panel with half a screw hole in each hanging from the bottom. Honest, I haven't been jumping the car or trying to reenact the chase scene from Gone In 60 Seconds. I guess it got sheared off from hitting a curb at the end of a parking space. Anyone know who makes these things and if I can get a replacement base for the stupid thing? I don't want to spend another $85.
