I bought my outdoor car cover in January of 2015 from Corvette Mods, It's got a Zippered driver side door cutout and of course a soft lining on the inside of the cover, Best car cover i have had it's great to be able to get back into the car easily when i need to get something out without having to take the entire cover off, the zippered area has a protective lining on the inside so the zipper never touches the paint, when i first put it on i was a little worried as it was a little tight to open and close the zipper, but in a short period of time it stretched a little and getting the zipper to open and close is very easy, i would buy the same cover again if i needed a new one. i forget what brand cover it is but the item # is 8905-1002 and item ID is C5 C6 Corvette 97-13 LG Zipper Door Car Cover i paid $199.95 for mine, they probably have Memorial Day Sale now also.

I've been using Maxtech as well. Best bang for the buck I've seen. They cost around $100.00 and last about one year which is as long as any car cover will last even if you pay more money for one.
