Default Z06 splash guards

Does anyone here know if there are any special requirements to put z06 rear splash guards on a base C6? I saw it done on only one C6 so I'm not sure if some fab work is needed on the guards themselves

I bought a set from a member on here. They are definitely modified and not a direct fit. They were cut, but outside of that I'm not sure what was involved.

Not a problem, I have them on my 2008 base coupe front and back. The fronts use the existing holes to push in the plastic rivets. The rears you just need to drill a couple holes in the inner plastic wheel liner to push in the plastic rivets. They also secure with double sided tape. I am running slightly wider rims and 265/305 tires and they help keep the lower fenders from pitting. They look good, better than any aftermarket piece.

Could you please post pics? I would like to run the larger z06 splash guards on my base and would like to see how it would look

Here are how mine look. Let me know if you'd like pics from a certain angle. I still maintain that these are cut somehow. Maybe the didn't have to be but mine are.

GM part number is 19170234. If you google c6 splash guards you'll find a few YouTube videos on the install. Super easy.

I need them for the front, but nothing works with the side skirts on.
