Mustang fail
We were driving back through town last evening just before sunset with the targa top off enjoying the nice weather. I pulled up to a light and a Mustang was beside me in the left turn lane. Just then, a Harley pulled up on my right side.
When the Mustang got his green arrow to go left, he gunned it really hard to try to make an impression. It sounded very weak and anemic (maybe even a 6 cylinder). The Harley rider on my right starts laughing and says "Not very impressive, is it?" We laughed because we were all thinking the same thing.
Seems to happen a lot when we are in the C6. Certain cars like to try and make a statement.

I thought it was going to be "Mustang driver tries to impress but loses control instead."
I could make fun of the v6 Mustang, but it makes more power than the emissions-choked musclecars of the mid/late 70s. LOL
I had a '74 Nova with a 350 in it as my first car. It had some torque, but ultimately was still a slow car in comparison.
