X Pipe
But i don't wanna spend the over price corvette tax in case i don't like it..
I see these x pipe's for good price and wonder if anyone has used or know more about X pipe .
I see where the pipes come together, it seems to be forward a'lot more than the over priced unit's. like corsa for example.

Good luck.
If you have a crappy exhaust port it may help but really splitting hairs as the above poster said. imo more trend then anything
Back in the 80s everyone and their brother had to have an H pipe, then the 90s brought the 3" exh craze now its the X.
Just run it and enjoy the way it is save the money for gas and beer.
People act like there is no science or serious design that goes into all the parts of an exhaust system, as if it's just a bunch of pipes needed to safely remove the exhaust fumes. This is a fairly ignorant view. The best exhaust systems are designed from the headers to the exhaust tips.
Many people change the axle-back, but more for change in audio or look, both of which are very much secondary for most exhaust system design. Some changes make a difference in audio, but that impact is secondary to the design and can actually hurt the performance of the car, if not well thought out. That said, if sound is more important to a given driver than is performance, then so be it.
